Lukeville Suites Hotel Policy

By making a reservation you signify your full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies of the Lukeville Suites. The terms and conditions outlined below apply to all reservations made by email or telephone booking.

All rates quoted are in Naira, per room, per night, including breakfast. All prices include all statutory taxes, Federal VAT.

Charging policy

The confirmation of the reservation is considered complete upon receipt of the complete deposit.

In case the deposit is not paid ,the reservation is considered invalid and the rooms are no longer available for rent. A copy of the proof of deposit (deposit slip) must be sent to the hotel (via e-mail) or other official communication channels no later than 24 hours after the request of the reservation. Upon arrival, data identification and confirmation of the reservation is carried out. Full payment of any outstanding amount (ad-on services) related to the value of your stay is made on the day of departure. All extra charges (indicative accommodation tax, mini bar, room service, laundry, transport)are paid in cash, Point-Of-Sale or Bank Transfer. Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation our policy is as follows:

  • For cancellations at least 28 days prior to arrival there is no financial charge and the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation less than 28 days before the scheduled arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the total stay based on the room type chosen.
  • For cancellation on arrival, during the stay or no show the guest will be charged 100% of the total stay based on the room type selected. The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in case of no show.
Arrival – Departure

We kindly ask guests upon arrival to have their reservation code or any document confirming their reservation, ID or passport and the card that has been charged or pre-authorized.

Arrival time is 14:00 and departure time is 11:00. In case of a stay beyond the above mentioned departure time and up to 18:00, upon availability, the guest must pay 50% of the value of the daily stay, while for stays beyond 18:00 the full value of the stay of that day is required, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms as well as in all indoor public areas of the hotel.

Guest behavior

Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, to behave decently and to respect other guests and hotel staff. In addition, all occupants are required to comply with the hotel’s rules and regulations and the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to or evict, without prejudice, any person whose behavior is deemed to be offensive, abusive or objectionable. In this case the hotel shall not be liable to pay any compensation.

Hotel guests / external guests

Social gatherings (parties)

Only the guest(s) registered as beneficiaries at the time of booking the room are entitled to use the room. If an external guest wishes to meet a designated hotel guest, this meeting must take place in the common areas.

For the safety of guests and the protection of the hotel, social gatherings (parties) are not allowed in the rooms. In case of non-compliance and after a written warning, you will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.

Damages

In the event of any damage caused within the room or the surrounding area due to fraud or negligence, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption of activities, to the credit/debit card of the registered guest. If the customer has not paid by credit/debit card but by cash or otherwise, the hotel will demand immediate payment of the amount of the damage suffered by the customer, otherwise the hotel reserves all its legal rights.

Force majeure

Limitation of liability

The hotel shall not be liable in the event that it is unable to fulfil its obligations to the guest, in whole or in part, due to cases of force majeure (including but not limited to strikes, floods, fire).

Each guest is responsible, throughout his/her stay at the hotel, for keeping his/her personal belongings (valuables, money, etc.) in a safe place. In case of loss of items, the management and staff of the hotel are not responsible.

Applicable law – Other conditions

These terms are governed by Nigerian 1999 constitution and the Courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria are exclusively competent for the resolution of any dispute arising from them.
